Located at 536 Court Street in Brooklyn, this innovative building showcases how thoughtful material selection can elevate both form and function in modern architecture. For Mini Tower One, the Carl Stahl Cable Mesh System was selected to serve as a vertical barrier for fall prevention — a solution that delivers on safety without compromising the building’s design vision.

Custom Fabrication for Every Project

Every Carl Stahl cable mesh installation is custom-made to meet the specific demands of the project. For runs longer than 250 feet, the mesh can be joined using an invisible seam, creating a continuous, uninterrupted appearance with no visible breaks in the design. The fabrication process also allows for a variety of custom shapes within the mesh — including diagonal, triangular, and more — giving architects the creative freedom to realize their vision.

One of MODU’s primary design goals for Mini Tower One was to preserve as much natural daylight as possible throughout the space.
